Pinball league software for match play, strikes & ladders

Weekly pinball without the spreadsheet. Contender OS runs group match play, strikes nights, and season ladders for bars, breweries, and pinball clubs — groups, points, and standings handled by the system.

What it is

A pinball league night means groups, rounds, points tables, and a standings sheet that somebody has to rebuild every week. Contender OS does all of it: the field checks in, groups are drawn and re-drawn each round from the current standings, players report group results from their phones, and points post to the season standings as they confirm.

How the night runs

STEPThe field forms itselfPlayers sign up online and land on the roster; at start time the night opens with the field that's actually there.
STEPGroups draw themselvesGroups of four (or three) are composed each round — Swiss by standings, random, or balanced — with arenas rotating when you list them.
STEPGroups report from their phonesEach group reports its finishing order; published automatic rules settle disagreements with no staff involved.
STEPPoints and payouts post themselvesRound points feed the season standings live, and the payout queue builds when the night closes.

What's built in

  • Group match play — configurable rounds and points tables (7/5/3/1, 4/2/1/0, 3/2/1/0 or your own), with Swiss, random, or balanced pairing.
  • Strikes formats — standard, fair, and progressive strike tables with a configurable strike limit; last player standing wins.
  • Finals groups — optional top-cut finals group with its own rounds and points table.
  • Season ladders and standings — every night feeds one season table, so the race to finals week runs itself.
  • Live TV board — groups, rounds, and standings on the room's screen all night.
  • Payout queue and media kit — winners queued at close; results packaged for your socials.

Who it's for

Built for bars and breweries with a row of machines, pinball clubs, and location operators running weekly match play or strikes — anywhere the league currently depends on one person who knows the spreadsheet.
